the room was super comfy and quiet, the bathroom had an amazin shower, and the hotel location was prime n close to hyde park. staff were really nice and helpful too, defo a plus. loved the little extras like slippers, made it feel a bit fancy! it was great that we could get around easily with shops and tube nearby.

I stayed with a group for 8 nights. The bellman was super friendly and the reception team was helpful. The lounge had a great vibe. Sadly, my room's cleanliness was a letdown—carpet needed shampooing, and it took ages to get it sorted. The location near Hyde Park was awesome though!

The very small bathroom didn't help either, as it wasted valuable space that could have made for a more pleasant experience.
